Dr. Aaron Celestian
In his presentation, Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Dr. Nate Smith, Associate Curator of the Dinosaur Institute, will guide us though the recent NHMLAC Expeditions in the Hayden Quarry at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico. These expeditions have yielded a treasure-trove of exceptionally preserved vertebrates, including new species of dinosaur and dinosaur-relatives, which have provided new insight into the origin of pterosaurs - the first vertebrates to evolve powered flight.
Attending is easy!
